Delete your data

This page describes how to have the data Regyva stores about you deleted and how to disconnect linked accounts (Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok). You do not need an account with us, an email is enough.

Delete your account and data

In the app, sign in at app.regyva.com and request deletion under Settings, Security, Delete account, Request deletion. The account is deleted with all associated data within one month, unless a retention obligation applies. You receive a confirmation by email.

Without signing in, write to info@regyva.com and state the email address the account was created with. The right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR applies whether you are a customer or a prospect.

Disconnect linked accounts

TikTok and Instagram: disconnect the account in Regyva under Organic, Channels, Disconnect account. Regyva then stops retrieving data.

Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts: disconnect in Regyva under Paid Ads, Setup, Disconnect. Regyva then stops retrieving ad data and stops sending events to the provider.

Meta, Instagram, Google and TikTok: you can also revoke access at any time in the settings of the respective account. Regyva then receives no further data from that provider.

Data already retrieved is deleted together with your Regyva account, or earlier on request to info@regyva.com.

Deletion via Instagram

If you remove Regyva in your Instagram settings or request deletion of your data there, Instagram reports this to Regyva. We then remove the connected account, the retrieved posts, their metrics and the collected reactions. Instagram shows you a confirmation code with which you can check the status of the request.
